Kiwi Corner is in Amble, on Northumberland's coast. It's a two-bedroom house that sleeps four. It was refurbished a few years ago, so it's in good order. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The house is mostly on one level, which is handy. There's a walk-in shower. You can bring one dog.
It’s a short walk to the harbour, maybe 200 yards. There's a pub about 50 yards away. The Sunday market on the harbour is good, and there's an ice cream place people like. The beach here is small. It’s more of a harbour beach with a bit of sand when the tide's out.
For a bigger beach, you drive up the coast. Alnmouth is about ten minutes south. Bamburgh is maybe twenty-five minutes north, past Craster and Beadnell. Holy Island is a bit further, but you have to check the tide times.
If you want to go inland, Northumberland National Park is about a forty-minute drive. It's a Dark Sky Park. Hadrian's Wall is a bit further, maybe an hour or so.
In the house, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
