Marina View
Marina View is in Amble. It's a townhouse, so you've got neighbours. The name is accurate. You can see the marina and the boats from the back.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor, which is handy if you don't want to use the stairs. The living room is on the first floor to make the most of the view.
You're right in the town. The shops and cafes are a couple of minutes' walk. The seafront and the little beach are about 200 yards away. Amble's a fishing port, so you can get good seafood. The locals are friendly.
There's a decked area at the back to sit out. Parking is on site.
For things to do, you can walk along the coast path to Warkworth to see the castle. Boat trips go out to Coquet Island in the summer. Alnwick Castle is about a 20 minute drive inland. The wider Northumberland coast is all accessible from here.
It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-finished. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
