Cosy Cottage
Cosy Cottage is in Warkworth. It's semi-detached, in a small courtyard with three other cottages. It's quiet there, but you're just a few steps from the River Coquet. You can hear it from the front door.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. There are steep, narrow stairs. They're typical for a cottage like this, but something to be aware of.
Out the back there's a glassed-in sun room. It's a good spot to sit. It leads out to a small, enclosed patio with a table and chairs.
The facilities are what you'd expect. WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. The garden is yours to use. We allow up to two dogs.
Warkworth is a nice village. There's a castle, a good beach, and a couple of pubs. The beach is about a ten minute walk. Alnmouth is a few miles south along the coast. For a bigger castle, Alnwick Castle is about a twenty minute drive. The Northumberland National Park is inland if you want proper walking.
