This is Cloister Cottage. It's in Ellingham, Northumberland. The cottage is part of the Ellingham Hall estate, so you're in the grounds behind the hall itself. There's a lot of land around it, woods and lawns, about eight acres. It's peaceful.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in very good order and well looked after.
You've got your own patio and garden area. Inside, there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside.
There's a treehouse in the woods that kids tend to like. You'll often see rabbits and birds around. The local pub in the village is a short walk away, maybe five or ten minutes.
You're well placed here. The coast is about fifteen minutes by car. Places like Seahouses, Craster, and Bamburgh are all within a twenty to thirty minute drive. Seahouses has boat trips out to the Farne Islands. Craster is famous for kippers and the walk to Dunstanburgh Castle. Bamburgh Castle is the big one. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about twenty minutes south.
