Spinney
This is Spinney. It's in Seahouses, in a quiet bit of the village about a five minute walk from the harbour and shops. You get a good view of the sea from the main bedroom.
It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a dog. Speaking of, we take one well-behaved pet.
You're on the edge of things here. The golf course is very close, just down the road. The beach is a bit further, maybe a fifteen minute walk. There's a pub nearby too.
For getting out, you're in a good spot. Bamburgh Castle is down the coast, maybe ten minutes in the car. The Farne Islands boats leave from the harbour. Alnwick Castle and Gardens are about half an hour's drive south. Holy Island is a bit further, but you can do it in a day.
Inside, it's got what you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, parking for one car right outside. The WiFi is the new fibre type, so it's fast. The TV has the sports channels if that matters to you.
