Seaview House
Seaview House is in Seahouses, on the Northumberland coast. It’s detached. As the name says, you get a sea view. You can see the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle from the windows.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor, which is handy if you don’t want to do stairs. The main living room, kitchen, and the third bedroom are upstairs. The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids.
You can walk to the beach in a minute. The shops and pubs in Seahouses are about a ten minute walk. The local pub does food.
Bamburgh is two miles up the road. The castle is there and the beach is massive. You can take boat trips from Seahouses harbour out to the Farne Islands to see the seals and puffins. The National Trust runs them.
Alnwick is about a fifteen minute drive inland. The castle and the Alnwick Garden are there. If you like golf, there’s a course on the links nearby.
For walks, the coast path is right there. The whole stretch is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Inside, there’s a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking on site. You can bring one dog.
