Friarystone Cottage is in Bamburgh, on the main road into the village. It's a detached bungalow, so everything is on one level. You've got a large garden out the back. It looks over open fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. The property is not suitable for wheelchairs, the interior has steps between rooms.
You can walk into Bamburgh in a few minutes. The castle is right there. The beach is huge. There's a local pub nearby.
Seahouses is a couple of miles up the road. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands to see the seals and puffins. National Trust Farne Islands.
Alnwick is about a fifteen minute drive. The castle is there, and the famous gardens. Alnwick Garden.
If you want to go inland, the Northumberland National Park is maybe half an hour. Good for walking. Northumberland National Park.
For facilities: it's all on the ground floor, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and highchair. No pets.
