Orchard Sands

Orchard Sands is in Beadnell. It's a ground floor apartment, sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything's in good order. Everything's on one level.

The place is open plan. The shower is new and quite large, which is good. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can park right outside.

The location is the main thing. It's in the middle of the village. The beach is a five minute walk, maybe less. It's a sand beach, long and usually quiet.

The local pub is about 100 yards away, they do food. There's a shop about five minutes walk.

If you want to get out, Bamburgh Castle is ten minutes up the road. Seahouses is about the same distance, you can get boat trips from there to the Farne Islands to see the puffins. Holy Island is a bit further, maybe twenty five minutes, but check the tide times before you go.

If you're walking, the coast path is right there. Alnwick Castle and Gardens are about a half hour drive inland.

No pets allowed, sorry.
