Pintail Cottage is in Embleton, Northumberland. It's one of a terrace of four stone cottages. They're recently built, so it feels modern inside. It's clean and tidy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring one dog.
The village is nice. There's a shop and pubs that do food, all a short walk away. There's a kids' play park too. For the beach, you walk about a mile to Embleton Bay. It's a good sandy beach.
There are four EV charging points in the village, just a few minutes' walk from the cottage.
You're right on the Northumberland coast. Craster is close, that's where you get the kippers. Dunstanburgh Castle is a great walk from there. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here.
For a day out, Alnwick is about a fifteen minute drive. That's where the castle and the famous garden are. Bamburgh Castle is about twenty minutes north. Seahouses is nearby too, that's where you get boat trips to the Farne Islands to see the seals and puffins.
At the cottage, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. There's a garden patio area and parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
