Brackenrigg Alnwick
Brackenrigg is in Embleton, right on the Northumberland coast. It's at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The main thing you need to know is the view. It looks straight out over fields to the sea. You get that view from the living room and the deck.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles, and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs or kids.
A lane right by the house leads straight down to Embleton Bay. It's about a ten minute walk to the beach. The sand is great and it's usually quiet. The village has a shop and a post office, and two pubs that do food. They're all a short walk away.
You're in a good spot for the coast. Craster is just down the road for kippers. Dunstanburgh Castle is about a mile along the beach from Embleton. Alnwick is a 15 minute drive for the castle and gardens. Seahouses is 10 minutes away for boat trips to the Farne Islands.
