Puffin Place is in Beadnell. It's an end-terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. That room has a small Juliet balcony looking over the back garden. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The living room has French doors that open onto a decked area. Then there's a lawn. It's a simple, usable space.
You're about 200 yards from Beadnell Bay beach. It's a great beach, big and sandy. Good for walking, and people do a lot of watersports there. The village has a shop and two pubs that do food, all within a ten-minute walk.
Seahouses is two miles up the coast. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands from. You can see the islands from the shore on a clear day. Bamburgh is about three miles further on. The castle is hard to miss. It's a good walk along the beach from there.
If you drive inland, Alnwick is about 20 minutes away. Alnwick Castle and the Alnwick Garden are there. The Garden has the big treehouse restaurant.
For facilities, you've got the basics: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive for one car. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
