Seahouses Cottage
Seahouses Cottage is in North Sunderland. It's the next village along from the harbour at Seahouses. About a five minute walk to get to the shops and the front.
It's a three bedroom cottage, sleeps six. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's decorated nicely, comfortable. There's an open fire in the living room. You get wood for it.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs. We take two pets. There's a patio area with a table and a BBQ.
North Sunderland is quiet. Seahouses has everything you need: pubs, places to eat, a Co-op, fish and chips. The harbour is where you get the boats out to the Farne Islands. That's a good day out for seeing the birds and seals.
Bamburgh is a couple of miles up the coast. You can walk there along the beach if the tide's out. The castle is obvious. The beach there is huge. The Grace Darling Museum is in Bamburgh too.
Alnwick is about a twenty minute drive south. The castle and The Alnwick Garden are there. If you're after more walking, you're right on the Northumberland Coast. It's all very accessible.
Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair. There's parking for one car on the drive.
