Noble Nook is a modern cottage in Seahouses, in a quiet little road near the middle of the village. You can walk to the harbour and the main street in about five minutes.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and straightforward, with a private garden and parking for one car. There's an electric vehicle charger if you need it. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
A big benefit is that you get membership for the Seafield Ocean Club leisure centre and spa. It's just down the road. You get access to the pool and gym with your booking.
The stairs inside are fine. The layout is simple. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. You can store bikes or golf clubs.
In the village, you've got all the usual shops, pubs, and places to eat. There's an arcade, crazy golf, and places to get ice cream. It's a proper working harbour, so you can watch the boats.
The beach is a short walk away. It's sandy and long. For a change, Beadnell Bay is two miles south. It's good for families and has water sports.
From Seahouses harbour, you can get boat trips out to the Farne Islands. You'll see seabirds, including puffins in season, and seals. It's worth booking ahead.
Bamburgh Castle is about three miles up the coast. It's very dramatic. Dunstanburgh Castle is a good coastal walk from Craster, about a twenty minute drive south. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about half an hour inland.
Holy Island (Lindisfarne) is reachable by causeway, but you must check the tide times.
Seahouses has its own golf course, ten minutes' walk from the cottage. Bamburgh golf course is a few minutes' drive away. Both have sea views.
