Claremont is in North Sunderland, which is part of Seahouses. It's right opposite St Paul's Church. It's set back from the road, so it's quiet, but you can walk to the harbour in about ten minutes.
It's a two bedroom cottage, sleeps four. Two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. Unusually, the main bedroom has its own little suite of rooms: the bedroom, a shower room, and a private sitting room you get to yourself.
The place was fully renovated a few years ago. They kept the old features like the stone walls, the beams, and the original wood floors upstairs. The floors downstairs are stone. There's a wood burner in the living room. The stairs are open tread, so maybe not ideal for very small children.
Seahouses itself has the usual: pubs, shops, places to eat. Boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from the harbour. The beach is about a mile away.
Bamburgh is a nice walk up the coast, or a short drive. The castle is there. Alnwick with its castle and garden is about a twenty minute drive inland.
For facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, parking, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
