Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is in Beadnell, right in the village. It's a terraced cottage. You can see a bit of the sea from the front upstairs windows.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. It's got an open plan living area downstairs with a wood burner in a big fireplace. It works well. The stairs are normal.
You're about 200 yards from a small, sandy bit of beach. The main, big sandy beach at Beadnell Bay is about half a mile. It's good for walking and they do water sports there.
There's a shop about 200 yards away and a pub that does food about 50 yards away. Both are fine.
Seahouses is two miles up the coast. That's where you get the boats out to the Farne Islands. Lots of people go for the birds and seals. Bamburgh, with its castle, is about five miles.
For a day out, Alnwick Castle and its big garden are about ten miles inland. The garden has a huge treehouse restaurant.
It's good for walking. You can walk along the coast to Seahouses. Golf is nearby.
Facilities: there's parking for one car, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
