Captain Jack's is in Beadnell, in a little modern group of houses called Smuggler’s Cove. It's a short walk from the beach.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level so it's suitable for wheelchairs, but the bathroom has a walk in shower, not a bath.
The living area opens out onto a private, enclosed patio with furniture. It's a suntrap out there in the afternoon.
The beach is sandy and good for watersports. For a bigger shop, Seahouses is five minutes by car. There are pubs nearby.
Bamburgh Castle is about three miles up the coast. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are a twenty minute drive inland. For walks, the Northumberland Coast Path runs right past. Northumberland National Park is about half an hour away for different scenery.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
