Dunstanburgh View

Dunstanburgh View is in Beadnell. It's a semi-detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. It sleeps two, in two bedrooms. There's a bathroom, no bath, just a shower.

The garden is sunny and sheltered. You look out over fields towards the beach. It's about a five minute walk to get to the sand. The beach is good. Long, golden, and usually quiet.

Beadnell itself is small. There's a shop and a pub about 600 yards away. The pub does food. It's a proper working village, not a tourist set-up. The harbour's interesting.

Seahouses is two miles up the road. That's where the boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from. If you like birds or seals, you should go. It's a working harbour too, so it can be a bit busy in season.

Bamburgh Castle is ten minutes drive. The castle and the beach there are worth seeing. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about twenty minutes away. Craster, for the kippers and the walk to Dunstanburgh Castle, is fifteen minutes in the other direction.

Inside, it's open plan. There's a sofa, a TV, a dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. It's got a 3 Star rating. It means it's comfortable and clean, not high-end. The WiFi works.

You can park right outside. Bedding is included. We can provide a highchair if needed. No pets, sorry.
