Wavecrest

Wavecrest is a ground-floor apartment in Beadnell. It's a modern place, nothing fancy, but it's comfortable. You're about two minutes' walk from the beach.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to worry about.

You can bring one dog with you. There's a washing machine and towels are provided. Parking is right outside.

The beach is what it's about here. It's a long, sandy beach, good for a walk or a swim if you're brave. The harbour is just there too. The village is quiet. There's a shop a short walk away, and a pub about a mile off.

If you want to get out, Seahouses is very close. You can get boats from there to the Farne Islands to see the seabirds and seals. Bamburgh Castle is a ten minute drive down the coast. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about twenty minutes away.
