Wavecrest is a ground floor flat in Beadnell. It's a modern place, about two minutes' walk from the beach and the harbour. You can see the sea from the front.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level, which is handy. The open plan living area is straightforward. You get a washing machine, TV, and wi-fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
You can bring one dog. The beach is dog friendly all year, which is good.
Beadnell itself is quiet. There's a local shop half a mile away. The pub and a restaurant are about a mile. The beach is the main thing here. It's sandy and good for swimming or just walking. The harbour is nice to look at.
Seahouses is a couple of miles up the road. You can get boat trips from there out to the Farne Islands to see the puffins and seals. It's worth booking those in advance.
Bamburgh Castle is about three miles away. It's big on the skyline. Alnwick Castle is twelve miles. That's the one they used in Harry Potter. Both are run by the same trust, so a joint ticket might work if you're planning to see both.
For a longer drive, you've got the whole Northumberland coast. Northumberland Coast National Landscape has maps and walking routes. Holy Island is about half an hour's drive, but check the tide times.
