Ebbe Retreat is an apartment on the ground floor of a big old house in Beadnell. It's one of five in the building. You've got your own bit out the back to sit in, and you can use the shared grounds too.
It sleeps four in two double bedrooms. Both rooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is big, with high ceilings and large windows. There's a proper fireplace. The floorboards are original oak.
You're right in the village. There's a pub and a shop a couple of minutes' walk away. The beach at Beadnell Bay is about half a mile. It's a good sandy beach, popular with people who do water sports.
Seahouses is two miles up the road. That's where you get the boats out to the Farne Islands to see the birds and seals. The boats go from there. Seahouses has more shops and places to eat.
Alnwick is about fifteen minutes drive inland. The castle is there, and the Alnwick Garden with its treehouse restaurant. Good if you need a bigger town.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: wifi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. There's parking. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. The heating and electricity are in the price.
