Carmel is a detached bungalow in Beadnell. It's behind the sand dunes, about a two minute walk from the beach. You get the place to yourselves.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well kept and comfortable. Everything works. It's all on one floor, which is useful.
The main room is open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a decked area outside with furniture.
Beadnell has a village shop and a couple of pubs that do food, all within a ten minute walk. The beach is sandy and good for a swim if you're brave. It's popular for water sports.
Seahouses is two miles up the coast. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands to see the seals and puffins. Bamburgh, with its castle, is about five miles. Alnwick, with its castle and gardens, is a twenty minute drive inland.
For facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's a storage area for bikes or surfboards. No pets, sorry.
