Cygnet Cottage is on a little side road off the main street in Seahouses. It means you're away from the traffic noise, but you can still walk to everything.
It's a two bedroom cottage, sleeps four. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. It's got a wood burner in the living room, which is nice on a cold evening. Parking is round the back, in a shared area. One car fits fine.
The kitchen's updated and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. It's all on one level from the front door, so it's suitable if you have mobility issues. The patio is small but it's there if you want to sit outside.
The harbour and the beach are a five minute walk. There are shops, pubs, and places to eat all within a few hundred yards. If you want to get out on the water, the boats to the Farne Islands leave from the harbour. National Trust Farne Islands.
Bamburgh is about two miles down the coast. You can walk it along the beach if the tide's out, or drive. The castle is impossible to miss. Alnwick Castle and Gardens are about a fifteen minute drive inland. They film a lot of things there.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's no extra charge for them.
