Lindisfarne View is in Waren Mill, Northumberland. It's an upside-down house, so the living area is upstairs to get the view. You look out over the mudflats and water towards Holy Island.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout is a bit different, but it works. The stairs are fine.
The kitchen has what you need, a dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
The living room upstairs is where you'll spend your time. The view is the point. You can see the tide come and go. Sunsets are good from there.
Waren Mill is quiet. Budle Bay is a couple of minutes' walk away. It's a bird sanctuary, part of the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve. Good for a walk with the dogs when the tide is out.
For shops and pubs, Bamburgh and Seahouses are about three miles north. Both have what you need. Bamburgh has the castle, which is worth a visit. The National Trust page for Bamburgh Castle has the details.
Holy Island is a short drive, but you have to check the tide times. The causeway floods. It's about 15 minutes when the tide is out.
For wider planning, Northumberland National Park is inland, and the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty site is useful.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, cot and highchair if you need them. The entrance is level, which helps.
