Lynbank

Lynbank is in Seahouses, on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a semi-detached house. You've got a walled garden to yourselves, and we put a summerhouse in there. It's a decent spot to sit if the sun's out.

The house sleeps five. Three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom, which is a shower room. It’s a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The living area is open plan with doors out to the garden.

You're a few minutes' walk from the harbour and the high street. There are pubs, shops, and all the usual takeaways. The boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from the harbour. That's where you see the puffins and seals.

The beach is about 300 yards away. There's a golf course on the links about the same distance.

Beadnell Bay is two miles down the coast. It's a big sandy beach good for watersports. Bamburgh is three miles north. The castle is the main thing there. Bamburgh Beach is huge. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about a 20-minute drive inland.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. The entrance and ground floor are wheelchair accessible, but there's a step into the shower cubicle upstairs.
