Ladyburn House is on the old side of Seahouses, not far from the harbour. It's a big, detached house built in 2021. There's a private courtyard for parking.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's very well finished and everything is new. The property is on three floors, and there's level access at the front door.
The harbour and the main street are a two-minute walk. You've got the fish and chip shops, pubs, and the boat trip offices right there. The beach is about a twenty minute walk, or you can drive down in a couple of minutes.
The main thing here is the coast. You can walk north along the beach to Bamburgh, about three miles, and see the castle the whole way. The boat trips from the harbour go out to the Farne Islands to see the seabirds and seals. You can book those at the kiosks.
Bamburgh village is three miles by car. The castle is worth visiting and there's the Grace Darling museum. Holy Island is about a twenty minute drive, but you have to check the tide times for the causeway.
Alnwick is half an hour south. The castle and gardens are the main draw there. Further up the coast, Berwick-upon-Tweed is about forty minutes by car.
In the house, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and all the bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
