Sandy Toes
Sandy Toes is in Beadnell. It's an end-terrace cottage on a modern estate, so the houses are quite close together. The back is fully private though, with a decked area. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and well looked after. There's one parking space on the drive.
The beach is about a five minute walk. It's a good, wide sandy beach. You get a lot of kite surfers there. The village shop is about ten minutes walk. The pub does food.
Seahouses is two miles up the road. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands. You'll see puffins and seals. Bamburgh is another three miles, with the castle. Bamburgh Castle is worth a visit. Alnwick Castle and the gardens are about a twenty minute drive inland.
For walking, you're right on the Northumberland Coast. You can walk to Seahouses along the beach if the tide's out.
Inside, it's got WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
