Strawberry Hill View
Strawberry Hill View is near High Newton by the Sea in Northumberland. It's a modern detached house away from the road, with its own garden. The main thing is the space. It sleeps ten, with five bedrooms, and every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is handy. The main living area is upstairs. That's where you get the views, out over fields to the sea. There's a proper kitchen up there too, with a walk-in larder. There's also a second TV room on that floor.
The house has a 5 Star rating. It's clean, well-equipped, and everything works. It's not cluttered.
You can walk into the village. There's a pub about 200 yards away. The beach is less than a mile's walk. It's sandy. Embleton village is about two miles south, they've got a shop and more pubs.
Further along the coast, Beadnell Bay is about four miles north. Good for water sports. Seahouses is about six miles, that's where the boats go to the Farne Islands. Bamburgh with its castle is just past that.
Inland, Alnwick town is a short drive. The castle and the Alnwick Garden are there. The treehouse restaurant is part of it.
Facilities: everything you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. All bedding and towels are included. Plenty of parking on the drive. No pets, sorry.
