Captains Rest

Captain's Rest is in Seahouses. It's detached, which you don't get much of here, and it's three or four minutes from the harbour on foot. They call it a luxury property so it's a bit above the usual holiday let standard.

It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. The master bedroom is in an annexe across the garden. It means someone can have a bit of quiet if they want it. The garden is enclosed and quite large.

Parking for two cars on site. Some facilities are on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible, if that's a consideration.

Seahouses has shops, pubs, and places to eat. You don't need to drive if you don't want to. The beach and harbour are close. You can get boat trips to the Farne Islands from the harbour. National Trust Farne Islands.

You can walk the coast. The Northumberland Coast Path runs through here. Alnwick and Alnwick Castle are about a half hour drive inland.

It takes two dogs. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
