Merrywind
It's called Merrywind. It's right in Beadnell, about twenty yards from the beach, detached. You get the sea view from the front windows.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, and there are three bathrooms, one ensuite. It's a 5 Star rating, so it's done to a high standard. Recently done up throughout.
The living area is open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is modern. There's a sun room off the back that looks onto the garden. The garden is fully enclosed so it's fine for dogs or kids.
You're steps from the beach. Beadnell Bay is a good sandy beach, long. Good for swimming and walking. The village has a shop and a couple of pubs that do food.
Seahouses is about a mile up the coast. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands, if you want to see the seabirds and seals. Bamburgh and its castle are a few miles further north.
A bit inland, Alnwick is worth a visit for the castle and the gardens. It's about a twenty minute drive.
In terms of what's there, it's all listed. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Pets are welcome, up to two.
