Tern Point
Tern Point is a ground floor flat in Beadnell. It's on a modern development. It's about five minutes walk to the beach, which is handy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. All on the same level. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The doorways are wide and there are no steps to get in, which is good for wheelchairs or if you have trouble with stairs.
You've got a small enclosed patio area out the back. It's private. There's a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included. WiFi works fine. There's a parking space right outside.
The beach is the main thing here. Beadnell Bay is a huge, sandy beach. It's good for a walk, flying a kite, or if you're into watersports. The village has a shop and a pub that does meals. Both are a short walk away.
Seahouses is two miles up the road. That's where you get the boat trips out to the Farne Islands to see the puffins and seals. Bamburgh is another three miles, with the castle you can see for miles. Alnwick, with its castle and gardens, is about a twenty minute drive inland.
You can walk to a lot from here. The Northumberland Coast Path goes right past. If you drive, you can get to Northumberland National Park in under half an hour.
You can bring one dog. They're welcome, but we ask that they stay off the furniture.
