This is Captain Ron's in Beadnell. It's a two bedroom place that sleeps four, with one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable.
The front door is your own, so you go straight in. Inside, it's open plan and gets a lot of light. There's a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom is modern.
The beach at Beadnell Bay is about 300 yards away. It's a wide, sandy beach, popular with kite-surfers and kayakers. There's a local shop and a couple of pubs serving food within about 800 yards.
Seahouses is two miles up the coast. It's a proper little harbour town with more shops and places to eat. You can get boat trips from there out to the Farne Islands to see the puffins and seals.
Bamburgh is about five miles away. The castle is the main thing to see there, and the beach is huge. Alnwick is inland, about a 20 minute drive. Alnwick Castle and the gardens are there. Barter Books in Alnwick station is good for a rainy day.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
