Allium
Allium is in Brownieside, which is near the hamlet of Tynely. It's a stone-built, single-storey cottage at the end of a small terrace. It sleeps four.
It's got two bedrooms and one bathroom. The shower room is new. There's a step up from the kitchen into the living area, and a few steps out from the French doors to the garden.
The garden is enclosed and gets the sun in the afternoon. You can see farm fields and a sliver of the sea from the kitchen window. There's a wood burner in the living room. We leave logs for you.
It's a quiet spot. You can walk or cycle straight from the door onto the local paths.
Beadnell is about five miles away. It's got a shop, a pub, and a very good sandy beach. Seahouses is a couple of miles further. Boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from there. The National Trust runs them.
Bamburgh is close by, with its castle. Alnwick is about seven miles inland if you need a bigger supermarket or want to see Alnwick Castle and its gardens.
The cottage has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site. No pets, sorry.
