Waren View
Waren View is in Warenford. That's a small village inland from the coast. It's one of a pair of cottages, joined together. They're part of a small group around the owners' house. It's detached at one end, so you have one attached neighbour.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
Outside, there's a private patio area with furniture. There's also a shared lawn by a small stream. The owners have a hard tennis court you can use, and there's a shared sauna and gym building near the cottages.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine in a utility room. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. We accept one well-behaved dog. Parking is on site.
The village is quiet. There's a pub with a restaurant about 30 yards away. A shop and a 24-hour garage are a mile away in Belford.
You're well placed here. It's about five miles to Bamburgh and its castle and beach. Seahouses, where you get the boats to the Farne Islands, is a few minutes' drive. Holy Island is accessible by causeway, check the tide times. Alnwick Castle and its famous gardens are within half an hour. The Cheviot Hills are inland for walking.
