This is Taikoo in Beadnell. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac, three minute's walk from the beach. That's the main thing. You can see the sea from the top bedroom.
It's a three-storey house, so there are a few stairs to climb. It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one is an en-suite. Good for families. You can bring one dog.
The back garden is enclosed. It's just a patio with some gravel and a bit of grass, but it's private. The living room doors open out onto it.
Beadnell itself is small. There's a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and the sailing club. The beach is long and sandy, good for kids and dogs. You can walk from one end to the other.
You're right on the coast for walking. Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle are a few miles south along the path. North takes you to Seahouses and Bamburgh. The Northumberland Coast site has good maps.
Seahouses is about two miles away for boat trips to the Farne Islands. Bamburgh Castle is ten minutes by car. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are half an hour inland.
In the house you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are provided, and there's a cot and highchair if you need them.
