Rock On Tommy
This place is on the Bridlington Links park, just outside Sewerby. It's a lodge, not a cottage, so it's all on one level. The whole front is glass doors that open onto a deck. You get a good view over the golf course from there. I've seen deer on the fairway in the morning.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One's an en-suite with a bath and a shower. The other has two single beds. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and comfortable. The flooring is tiled or wood, so it's practical.
The on-site clubhouse has a bar and restaurant. There's also a gym you can use. A five minute walk down the lane gets you to a local pub that does food.
Sewerby Hall is about a mile away. It's got gardens, a small zoo, and a cafe. You can get the land train from there down into Bridlington if you don't fancy the walk. Bridlington has the beach, the harbour, and all the usual seaside stuff.
In the other direction, the cliffs at Bempton are about ten minutes by car. That's the RSPB reserve with all the seabirds. Flamborough Head and the lighthouse are a bit further on.
Facilities: everything's included. WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
