Jackdaw House is in Bridlington Old Town. It's a mid-terrace house. The beach is about a ten minute drive away, on the South Shore.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The garden is an enclosed courtyard out the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's a gate from the garden that leads to a free car park, which is useful.
The kitchen is fine for holiday cooking. There's a conservatory off the back which is a nice bright space to sit, even if the weather isn't great.
You're right in the old part of town. There are a few pubs within a couple of minutes' walk, and some cafes and shops. The Old Town is the area they used for filming the Dad's Army movie.
Bridlington has two beaches. The harbour is worth a walk around. The Spa theatre sometimes has shows on. For a day out, Sewerby Hall is nearby. The Yorkshire Wolds are right on the doorstep for walks.
About a fifteen minute drive north is Flamborough Head. The cliffs there are good for a proper coastal walk. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs is about twenty minutes away, if you like seabirds.
Facilities: parking, wifi, washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is an electric bed in one room.
