West Crayke is a bungalow just outside Bridlington. It's detached, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Everything's on one level inside, which is handy for some.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for kids or dogs. There's a patio and a hot tub at the front.
It's about a twenty minute walk to the North Beach. You can walk or drive. Bridlington itself has the usual seaside things: fish and chips, amusement arcades, boat trips from the harbour. The leisure centre has a pool with slides.
For a proper day out, Flamborough Head is about ten minutes drive. The lighthouse is there and the cliffs are good for walking. Bempton Cliffs, run by the RSPB, is fifteen minutes away. That's where the seabirds are, like puffins in season.
Historic houses nearby include Sewerby Hall, which has gardens and a zoo, and Burton Agnes Hall. Both are within half an hour.
It's a good base for the coast. Scarborough is about forty minutes south. York is under an hour's drive west. Hull, with The Deep aquarium, is about forty five minutes south.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on the driveway. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
