This is Gull Newk. It's a stone cottage in Flamborough, right near the coast in East Yorkshire.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The cottage used to be a farm building. It's old, maybe 200 years or so, and you can see the old wooden beams in the roof. It's got underfloor heating on the ground floor, so it's warm even in winter.
Outside is your own bit of garden with a table and chairs. The view from there is over fields, it goes on for miles.
You're about a mile walk from the lighthouse. It's a proper coastal walk, you can hear the sea most of the way. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is very close. That's where all the seabirds are, puffins and everything. The cliffs are spectacular.
Flamborough village has a couple of pubs and a shop, that's about three quarters of a mile away. The golf course is just outside the village.
Bridlington is about ten minutes in the car. Filey and Scarborough are both within half an hour if you fancy a proper seaside day out. The Visit Yorkshire site is good for planning trips.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside.
You can bring one dog. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase, so they're a bit steep.
