Kilburn House is a big Victorian house in Bridlington. It's a few minutes' walk into the town centre. We're just off the North Yorkshire coast.
It sleeps twenty-two people. Eleven bedrooms, eight bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It used to be a B&B, so the layout is practical for groups. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite, if stairs are a problem.
The main living area is open plan. There's a large dining table that seats everyone. The sofas are big and face a large TV. The kitchen has a big range cooker and a triple slow cooker. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
There's also a 'café room' with a bar for a quiet drink, and another sitting room. Out the back are two private courtyards. One has a seven-seater hot tub. The other has a covered seating area.
You can bring up to two dogs. We have parking for six cars on site.
Bridlington itself is a five-minute walk. There are two sandy beaches, a promenade, and the usual seafront things like arcades and cafes. The harbour is lively.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got places like Sewerby Hall, Burton Agnes Hall, and the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs. Filey and Flamborough village are along the coast. The Flamborough Headland is good for walks.
