Kilburn House is a big Victorian place in Bridlington. It used to be a B&B. It sleeps 22 people, which is a lot. There are 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, so no one should be queueing in the morning.
It's about a five minute walk into the town centre. You've got your cafes, restaurants, and the usual seaside stuff right there. Two sandy beaches are close by as well for a proper walk or a paddle.
Downstairs, there's a huge open plan room with sofas and a big dining table that fits everyone. The kitchen has a large range cooker and a triple slow cooker, which is handy for a group this size. There's also a separate café room with a bar, a quieter sitting room, and another TV room.
Outside, there are two courtyards. One has a seven-person hot tub. The other has a covered seating area. There's parking for six cars, which is rare for a town centre house.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite shower, for anyone who'd rather not use the stairs. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first and second floors. Most have en-suites and all have TVs.
For a day out, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is about ten minutes by car. The Flamborough Head lighthouse is in the same direction. For a stately home, Sewerby Hall is just up the coast. The Yorkshire Wolds are about half an hour inland if you fancy a drive.
The house has a 4 Star rating. It's got WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There are highchairs and a cot if you need them.
