This is Driftwood Cottage. It's a bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the edge of Bridlington.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating because it was all done up a couple of years ago. Everything's on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
The living room's a decent size with a big window. There's a TV. The kitchen's got a dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room off it. It's all clean and straightforward. The back garden's paved and enclosed, up a few steps from the kitchen door. You can sit out there.
The seafront's about a fifteen minute walk. The beach is sandy. There's a harbour and two promenades with the usual stuff: fish and chips, a funfair, benches to sit on. There's a local pub a short walk away.
If you drive, Filey and Scarborough are up the coast, maybe half an hour. Whitby is a bit further. Inland, you've got RSPB Bempton Cliffs just north of Bridlington for the seabirds. There's Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall nearby if you like stately homes. For walking, you're on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds.
Facilities: there's parking right outside. WiFi. A cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets sorry.
