Nightingale Cottage is in Flamborough, down the end of a country lane. It looks out over fields. It's part of a small farm conversion.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kept. There are beams and old stonework, which makes it feel solid.
The cottage has underfloor heating downstairs. It stays warm. Outside, there's a sitting area with a table and chairs and a barbecue.
Flamborough Head is about a mile away. You can walk the cliff tops there for miles. You can drop down to South Landing, which is a sand and chalk beach, or see the boats at North Landing. You often see seals.
There's a pub and a restaurant about 300 yards up the lane. It does food. The village shops are a mile away.
Bempton Cliffs, which is an RSPB site, is two and a half miles away. You get great views of seabirds like puffins. RSPB Bempton Cliffs.
Bridlington is five miles for a proper seaside town. Filey and Scarborough are a bit further if you fancy a drive. There's Sewerby Hall nearby too, if you like historic houses and gardens.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, a TV, a cot and a highchair. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
