Sewerby Cottage is on the edge of the village, near Bridlington. It's an end-terrace house, so you've got a bit more space and windows on the side. There's a conservatory out the back. It looks onto the garden, which is fenced in.
The house sleeps five. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not high-end. Everything you need is there. The stairs are standard for a house like this.
There's a pub about 150 yards away. They do food. A shop is a bit further, maybe five minutes' walk.
Sewerby Hall is very close, you can walk there in ten minutes. It's got nice gardens and a small zoo. You can walk from there along the cliffs into Bridlington, or get the land train when it's running. The Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is just up the road too. Good for a walk.
Bridlington itself is about three miles away. It's a working harbour with amusements and an indoor leisure centre. The beach is sandy. Flamborough Head is a short drive. If you like birdwatching, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is famous for puffins and other seabirds.
You can get to Filey or Scarborough in under half an hour if you fancy a change of beach. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here.
For the house: parking is on the drive. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and high chair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
