Tapestry House

Tapestry House is in Bridlington. It's a mid-terrace house on a quiet side street, about two minutes' walk from the beach. It sleeps twelve, in six bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.

It's a big house, spread over three floors. The stairs are standard for a house this age. The ground floor has a sitting room, a dining room, and the kitchen. The kitchen has a large range cooker, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There's also a toilet down there.

Upstairs, there are six bedrooms. Five have TVs. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is a single that doubles as a study, and it has a door out to a small balcony. That's where the private sauna is. Outside, there's a decked courtyard with a hot tub. Parking for three cars.

It's rated 4 Star. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. We allow up to two pets. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and highchair if you need them.

Bridlington itself is a proper seaside town. The beach is sandy and the harbour is historic. There's a promenade for walking. The town has shops, pubs, and places to eat. The Spa Theatre has shows on, especially in summer.

If you want to get out, Flamborough Head is close for cliff walks. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is about ten minutes by car. Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall are both within half an hour for a day out. The Yorkshire Wolds are right there for walking or cycling.

For a longer trip, Hull is under an hour's drive, and York is too. Both are good for a day out if you want a change from the coast.
