It's called Westways. It's in a quiet bit of Bridlington, about a 15 minute walk from the beach. The place is all on one level, so no stairs. That's handy if you've got little kids or just don't fancy them.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. There's one bathroom and a separate toilet. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after.
You get a little private garden at the front, which gets the sun. Round the back there's your parking space and a locked shed. I've left some deck chairs and beach stuff in there. You can use it for bikes or pushchairs if you like.
Inside, it's just an open plan living area with the kitchen off it. The kitchen is small but it's got what you need. It's fine for holiday meals.
You can bring one dog. There's a pub less than a mile away that does food. The local shop is a short walk.
Bridlington itself has the usual seaside stuff: a long promenade, harbour, fish and chips, and two big beaches. The Spa puts on shows if that's your thing. From the harbour you can get boat trips, sometimes for bird watching.
A short drive north gets you to the good coastal walks. Flamborough Head and the lighthouse, Danes Dyke, and Bempton Cliffs. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is where you go to see the seabirds, like gannets and puffins. Sewerby Hall is close by, it's a nice Georgian house with gardens and a pitch and putt course.
Further afield, Scarborough is about 20 minutes down the coast. York and Hull are both roughly an hour's drive if you fancy a day trip to a city. Flamingoland is under an hour away.
Things that are here: parking, a washing machine, TV, a cot and highchair if you need them, bedding and towels are included.
