Granary Cottage is on our farm just outside Bempton. It's detached and used to be a granary, hence the name. It sleeps four, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main room is open plan with a wood burner. The garden at the back is enclosed, so it's private. There's a hot tub out there. You can see the fields from it.
We're a working sheep farm, so you'll see sheep. Sometimes you might see deer or foxes in the fields, especially early or late. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is about a mile away. It's famous for seabirds like puffins. It's a good walk.
The village has a shop and a pub, both about half a mile. Bridlington is a ten minute drive. It's a proper seaside town with a harbour and a big beach. Filey and Scarborough are north, maybe 20 and 30 minutes by car. They've got all the usual seafront things. The North York Moors National Park is about a 40 minute drive inland if you fancy a change from the coast.
In terms of stuff, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair friendly at the entrance. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
