Lindengarth

Lindengarth is a big house just outside Bridlington. It sleeps ten, has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped.

The house is detached with a large garden all the way round. There’s a gravel driveway with plenty of parking. Inside, the ceilings are high and the main living area is a good size for everyone to be together. The dining table is long, so you can all sit at it.

There’s a kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine, and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super king bed and an en-suite shower. There are two more double bedrooms, and a twin room that can be made into a double if you ask. There’s also a family bathroom. Bedding and towels are included.

The North Beach in Bridlington is about a mile away. You can walk there. The town has the usual seaside things: fish and chips, boat trips from the harbour, and a leisure centre with a pool. There’s a shop a quarter of a mile away, and a pub and restaurant about a mile.

For local walks and attractions, you’ve got the coast path at Flamborough Head, and the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs website has details. Sewerby Hall is nearby if you like stately homes. The Yorkshire Wolds and the North York Moors are both within an hour’s drive.

Scarborough is about 20 minutes south by car. Hull and York are both roughly an hour away.

Facilities include a dishwasher, TV, WiFi, a highchair and a cot. You can bring up to two pets. It’s listed as Christmas themed, which means it has decorations if you book over the festive period.
