Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is in Flamborough, near Bridlington. It's one of a small group of old farm buildings that were converted. It's at the end of a quiet lane, so it's quiet, with views over fields.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The living area is open plan with some of the old beams and brickwork left showing. There's underfloor heating downstairs, so it's warm underfoot. The stairs are steep.

You've got your own bit of garden with a table and chairs and a barbecue. There's parking right outside.

The local pub is about 300 yards up the lane. They do food. There's a shop about a mile away in the village.

The coast is the main thing here. It's about a ten minute walk to Flamborough Head and the lighthouse. The cliff top walks are good, and you can get down to the beaches at South Landing and North Landing. You can see boats and seals sometimes. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is a couple of miles up the coast. You can see puffins and other seabirds there.

Bridlington is about five miles south if you want a bigger beach or the harbour. For a day out, Sewerby Hall is nearby. Scarborough or the North York Moors are about half an hour's drive.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
