April Cottage is in Sewerby, just outside Bridlington. It's a terraced cottage. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the location. You're a five minute walk from the cliff top. The sea view isn't full-on from the house, but from the first-floor balcony you can see it. The master bedroom has doors to that balcony.
Inside, it's an open plan living and dining room downstairs. There's a wood burner for cooler nights. The kitchen is a galley style, it has what you need. The garden is enclosed and paved, with a table and chairs. There are some herb beds you can use.
A few practical things. The stairs are fairly typical for a cottage. There's a stairgate at the top. WiFi is included, and so is bedding. You can bring up to three dogs.
Outside, you're right on the cliff path for walking. The beach is down some steps. The local pub is a short walk away. Sewerby Hall and Gardens is practically next door. Bridlington itself is about two miles for shops and the harbour.
Within half an hour's drive you've got Flamborough Head for the cliffs and birdwatching, and Filey. The Yorkshire Wolds start just inland if you fancy a different landscape. York is about an hour if you want a day trip to the city.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, and bike storage. There's parking for one car on the drive.
