Crows Nest

Crows Nest is an apartment on the fourth floor of the Hotel Expanse on Bridlington seafront. The main thing is the view. It looks out over the whole bay, the beach and the town. You get that view from both sides, and you have a private rooftop terrace up there too.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything should be in good order and well presented.

Because it's in the hotel, you can use the facilities. There's a restaurant and bar if you fancy not cooking. You're right on the front, so the beach is just across the road. It's the classic kind: donkey rides, sandcastles, that sort of thing. The Spa Theatre is a short walk along the front if you want to see a show.

A walk north along the cliffs will take you to Sewerby. Sewerby Hall has nice gardens and a cafe. Further on is Flamborough Head. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is about a 15 minute drive. You can see puffins there in season.

Filey is about 20 minutes by car, Scarborough about half an hour. Inland, you can get to the Wolds for a different kind of walk. Beverley is roughly 30 minutes away if you want a historic town with a minster.

In the apartment you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
