The main thing about the location is the beach. There’s a private gate at the bottom of the garden. You go through it, follow a footpath, and you're on the sands in under two minutes. It’s that close.
In the village there’s a shop and a pub. Bridlington is a couple of miles one way, Filey a few miles the other. Both are proper seaside towns with all the usual stuff.
If you want to go further, the North York Moors National Park is about half an hour’s drive. The Yorkshire Wolds are closer. For birdwatching, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is nearby. The historic city of York is just under an hour away.
Facilities are all included: WiFi, bedding, towels, parking. It’s pet friendly, up to two dogs.
