Poppys' Place

Poppys' Place is a detached bungalow near Bridlington. It's on a quiet street, about a five minute walk from the beach.

It's all on one level, which is handy. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One's an en-suite shower room with the double bedroom, and there's a main bathroom with a bath. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order.

You've got a wood burning stove in the living room for colder nights. The kitchen is a good size with a table for four. There's an extension off the back with bi-fold doors that open onto the garden. It's enclosed, so it's private.

For facilities, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

The beach is the main thing, really. You can walk to it. Sewerby village is about fifteen minutes on foot, and Sewerby Hall is there with its gardens. Bridlington itself has the harbour, promenade, and a fairground. The old town has some historic buildings and restaurants.

If you want to drive out, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is about fifteen minutes north for the seabirds. Filey and Scarborough are along the coast. The North York Moors are inland, maybe a forty-five minute drive. Beverley and Driffield are the nearest market towns.

There's a local pub within walking distance. No pets, sorry.
